The SKYBAIE electric Opening Only  release is a thermal break smoke ventilation façade frame. This DENFC provides natural smoke extraction and air supply functions for all types of building (ERP, ERT, industrial buildings). Different installations are possible: surface-mounted installation, tunnel installation, renovation installation, installation integrated into a curtain wall, between frames, with a transom and/or a spandrel. The SKYBAIE Ouverture Seule with electric release is CE 0333CPR219-086 and NF 11/12.01 certified.

Aesthetics :

• The mechanism, consisting of one or two electrically operated bolt units, is invisible when closed.
• Wide choice of colours.
• Qualicoat and Qualimarine labels are available on request (depending on customer requirements).

A complete solution:
The electrically operated Skybaie Ouverture Seule is supplied as standard with at least 3 ml of cable and its junction box (exit on the right at the top inside of the frame as standard. Left-hand outlet possible on request).
In the case of a device with two lock units, an integrated relay allows simultaneous release.  

Simplified maintenance :
A manual release is fitted as standard to allow access to the mechanism without damaging the unit.

Wide size range :
From 700x500 to 1600x1600 and from 700x700 to 2400x1200 (overall dimensions in mm).

A wide range of adaptable accessories:
Joint covers, mudflaps, flashings, connection and junction profiles, etc. ; are available on request.
